When you book Fig Tree Hill Estate, the property is entirely yours.
You’ll have access to the venue for your wedding day, as well as the day prior for rehearsal and setup.
We believe your celebration should feel relaxed and unrushed.
Ceremony & Reception
Most couples choose to hold their ceremony overlooking the valley, followed by a relaxed reception on the manicured house paddock beneath our beautiful clear-span marquee.
Our 8m × 15m marquee creates a stunning space for dining and celebrating while still enjoying the open countryside views of Fig Tree Hill Estate.
The marquee includes festoon lighting and a dancefloor, with optional elegant draping available on request, creating a warm and romantic atmosphere as the sun sets over the valley.
It comfortably accommodates around 100 seated guests, allowing couples to enjoy an outdoor celebration with the comfort of a sheltered reception space.

We’ll also be nearby throughout the celebration to assist with any last-minute needs and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Food & Drinks
We love food trucks — they create a relaxed and vibrant atmosphere.
You’re welcome to choose your preferred caterers, and we’re happy to recommend trusted local vendors.
We operate as BYO for alcohol, which gives you flexibility and keeps costs manageable. We provide an outdoor bar setup, eskies and water stations.
Planning Support
From your first enquiry through to your wedding day, we offer unlimited support via planning meetings, calls and emails.
You’re welcome to visit the property prior to your wedding to plan layout, styling and logistics.

Pricing
Wedding packages range from $5,000 – $10,000 depending on guest numbers and requirements.
✨ 2026 Intimate Wedding Special
We are currently offering intimate weddings for 10–40 guests from $1,500 for 2026 dates. This option is perfect for couples wanting a relaxed, beautiful celebration with close family and friends.
